Huesca. Valle de Tena. Pirineos Sur is a festival specialising in so-called popular music or world music. An event that attempts to blend modernness with tradition, technology with ethnology, and artist at their peak with new values. In short, a festival that is by no means dogmatic.

The festival began its journey in 1992 and it is held annually around the second half of the month of July in the Aragonese Pyrenees (Lanuza-Sallent de Gállego). Its main stage is located on the waters of Lanuza Lake.
Its main objective is to serve as a meeting point for the different cultures of the world and to build bridges of tolereance and mutual respect through music.
